Project Green Hill in Calahonda

Contemporary semi detached five bedroom villa overlooking the golf course and mediterranean sea.

A large living area with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, double height ceilings and large windows. For the living area we went for a contemporary design, mixing shades of grey, white and black with accent rust shades. With a large sectional sofa that acts as a separation between the dining and living area, large armchairs with rattan back, squared marble and black structured coffee table and monochromatic photography combined with natural oak wood for the dining table and tv unit, Flos suspension lamps over the dining table.
For the exterior large seating areas in soft grey and taupe and dining area.

For the bedrooms we used different textures, fabrics and wallpaper combined with ambient
lighting and furniture giving each room its own personality, following the same style as the rest of
the house.

Downstairs in the basement we designed two more bedrooms and took special attention to detail and light. We used natural textures and added sisal rugs, light reflecting wallpaper and wooden
furniture with splashes of colour in each room to add brightness and sophistication to each room.
